As the leader of the Santa Clarita New Home Center, Fred helps families better understand the communities, neighborhoods, schools, and new home opportunities throughout the Santa Clarita Valley.

Deeply involved in the community, Fred currently serves on the College of the Canyons Board of Trustees and has held leadership roles with several local civic, charitable, and business organizations. His goal is to help families make informed, confident decisions as they explore whether Santa Clarita is the right place to call home.

Chance Stevens

Meet Chance Stevens

Chance Stevens is a new home specialist serving Santa Clarita, and he knows these communities the way most people know their own street. He can tell you which builders are moving on incentives, how phases are releasing, and what the commute really looks like at 7am.
